Shipping policy

Delivery in Tbilisi: 5 GEL
Delivery in regions: 9 GEL (by Georgian Post).

The ordered items will be delivered according to the following schedule (in Tbilisi): 

• Orders placed till 12:00 AM - will be delivered on the same day from 12:00 AM to 11:00 PM - 5 GEL

• Orders placed from 12:00 AM - will be delivered on the following day from 12:00 AM to 11:00 PM - 5 GEL

• Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Monday from 12:00 AM - 5 GEL

* The items ordered after 10:00 AM December 31 will be delivered on January 8.​

The ordered items will be delivered according to the following schedule (in regions): 

        - You can expect to receive the item within 2 to 4 working days, delivered by Georgian Post.

All items ordered on www.urbaner.ge will be delivered throughout Tbilisi by Urbaner. In regions orders will be delivered by Georgian Post.

All pre-ordered items are checked. Every item undergoes quality control before the delivery.

Delivery Policy:

The items should be checked in the presence of the courier. If you have received a defective item, please contact us on this number +995593913566 (while courier is on place). We will assist you in identifying the defect and respond accordingly.
